Another illegal pipeline has been discovered in Okuntu Community few kilometres away from Forcados export terminal in Delta State.
The six inches illegal pipe was connected to the 58 inches Forcados crude export line and stretches about six kilometres into the sea where it is received from an abandoned Agip facility.
