Founder of the Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability, PRIFGLA and Board member Governing Council University of Uyo Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Reuben Wilson, has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, on his birthday anniversary.
