Founder of Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability, PRIFGLA and member Governing Council, University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Reuben Wilson has extended warm congratulations to High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, Chairman of Tantita Security Services Limited, on receiving the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ijaw Peoples Association (IPA) in the United Kingdom.
The award recognizes Tompolo’s and Tantita’s tireless efforts in protecting the Niger Delta environment, combating oil spills, pipeline vandalism, oil theft, and promoting sustainable peace in the region.
In a statement made available to journalists in Yenagoa, pastor Reuben Wilson expressed profound appreciation and admiration for Tompolo’s selfless service and contributions to the growth, development, and peace in the Niger Delta region.
He noted that since its establishment, Tantita Security Services Limited has made significant strides in reducing pipeline vandalism, oil theft, creating employment opportunities for youths, adding that Tompolo has used his position to transform lives of numerous individuals through philanthropic efforts.
” The company’s efforts have also led to an increase in oil production, resulting in an economic boost for the nation”.
Pastor Reuben commended Tompolo for his avowed commitment to the betterment of the country and urged all stakeholders to accord him and his company the necessary support in their efforts in protecting the nation’s oil assets.
” It is of paramount important we protect our national asset considering the multiplier effects of any drop in oil production are felt across every sector of the economy,” Wilson stated.
