Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Service PTS, on Tuesday, announced its plan to partner with individuals interested in becoming vendors.
The partnership opportunity aims at providing a platform for commuters using the Omituntun Mass Transit Buses to easily access Pacesetter Transport Services.
Chairman/Sole Administrator of the Pacesetter Transport Services, Hon. Dr. Salami Dikko, while speaking on the development, explained that the VENDOR-SHIP platform serves as an intermediary between the company and commuters.
Dikko further noted that the super vendors would be involved in sales and distribution of Pacesetter Cards, top-up and recharging of cards.
He explained the steps prospective participants need to undertake to be involved in the process as including obtaining a form and payment of registration fee, after which they will submit the completed forms along with the necessary documents.
He added that upon successful registration, super vendors will receive the following items to facilitate their activities: table, chair, uniform, customized Pacesetter Umbrella, designated route and a top-up device for recharging the Pacesetter Card, which also functions as a P.O.S machine.
Dikko, therefore, encouraged prozpective participants to seize the business opportunity to become part of the transportation ecosystem in Oyo State, saying that by partnering, individuals can generate income while contributing to the sustainable growth of the state’s transportation system.
