The Chief of Staff to Executive Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, has felicitated with Onpetu of Ijeru Kingdom, Oba Sunday Oladapo Olagbami Osekun III on the occasion of 62nd birthday.
Ogunwuyi, who thanked God for the life of the iconic monarch, stressed that as a custodian of culture and tradition, the Onpetu of Ijeru has played significant roles in the promotion of harmony, socio-cultural cooperation and development of Ogbomoso land.
He prayed that the traditional ruler would remain in good health, wisdom and strength to continue leading the people of his kingdom.
In a statement personally signed, Ogunwuyi said: “I felicitate His Royal Highness, Oba Sunday Oladapo Olagbami Osekun III on the occasion of 62nd birthday.
“His Royal Majesty has been a man of peace, with useful counsel to authorities and I pray that his domain will continue to witness peace and development throughout his reign.
