With its unwavering mission to support widows and orphans; they had earlier in 2024, around April given funds to over a hundred widows to boost their businesses, yet the Foundation recently held its 6th Annual December Food Distribution, which took place on December 30, 2024, at 31 Fakanbi Street, Off Okunola Road, Egbeda, Lagos, near the MFM church.
In light of concerns surrounding public safety, Maven Foundation went above and beyond to ensure that the event ran smoothly and securely. Collaborating with security agencies, they implemented a smart access system to control the flow of attendees. Only invited individuals with personalized access codes, sent in advance, were allowed entry. In addition, over 30 dedicated staff members were deployed well ahead of check-in time to assist with crowd management and ensure orderliness. The event officially commenced at 9:00 AM, beginning with an opening prayer led by one of Maven Foundation’s members.
