An Ibadan-based non-governmental organization, Precious Love and Caregivers Empowerment Foundation, has used the occasion of its annual outreach to put smiles on the faces of the less privileged people in the society in this festive period.
The organization, founded by Ms. Sandra Ilesanmi, is preoccupied with the mission of charity, mentorship and always reaching out to children, teenagers, hospitals, orphanages, indigent students and secondary schools.
The exercise for this year held at different locations for three days, starting from the 19th to 21st of December.
With this year’s edition entitled: ‘Moment of Love 7.0’, and the theme: ‘We love, We care, We mentor’, the NGO visited Adeoyo Ring Road State Hospital as the first port of call, giving support to a number of sick patients in forms of beverages, water, diapers to babies and cash gifts to nursing mothers.
Some other different places visited include Careth Home at General Gas, Akobo, Ibadan; Agodi Correctional Centre and God’s Treasures Kiddies Initiatives at Odo-Ona Kekere, Asaka, as they were feted in the spirit of the Yuletide.
The Organisation noted that since its inception, to the glory of God, it has imparted thousands of helpless people in Nigeria including indigent students in Nigeria tertiary institutions.
