After several months of cultivation, the Ido local government under the chairman of Hon. Sheriff Adeojo has began harvesting its farm produce.

This initiative marks a pivotal moment in the local government’s efforts to promote agricultural development and create sustainable opportunities for local farmers and residents as well as complementing the unrelenting effort of governor Makinde’s efforts on state agriculture.

The establishment of the farm was one of the flagship projects of Hon. Adeojo’s administration, aimed at leveraging the fertile lands within Ido Local Government to drive food production and contribute to the economic empowerment of the community.

He highlighted that the farm, which has been developed in phases, will serve as a model for other local government areas in the state, showcasing the potential of community-driven agricultural initiatives to boost local economies and reduce food scarcity.
