The Management and Staff of Ibadan North East Local Government area of Ibadan, led by Mrs. Omolara Aremu, the Head of Local Governments Administration, on Monday, organised a surprise birthday party for the Council’s Executive Chairman, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo.
