Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, the Ido local government chairman has congratulated Governor Seyi on his second term’s first anniversary, calling on residents to continue to support the administration.
Governor Seyi Makinde (PDP) took over from the late governor, sen. Abiola Ajimobi of APC on May 29th, 2019, was returned elected for a second term in 2023.
One year into Makinde’s second administration, Adeojo on Tuesday wished him a successful stint as governor of the state.
“On behalf of myself and the people of Ido local government, I congratulate His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde on the first anniversary of his second term in office as the executive governor of Oyo state.
“Governor Makinde has started well, it is our prayer that God continues to give him, the wisdom, strength, and ability to continue reforming the state.
“Without mincing words, it is glaring that, governor Makinde has transformed our dear state, all commissioned and ongoing projects speak volumes of his capabilities,” Adeojo stated
Adeojo thereafter appealed to the people of Oyo state to continue to give their blessings and support he Governor Makinde’s administration so that it can succeed in its efforts to build the state of everyone’s dreams.
