Adeleke Sworn-in As Osun Gov, Reverses State Of Osun To Osun State

The newly inaugurated Governor of Osun state, Senator Ademola Adeleke has made changes to some existing details in Osun state, NewsBreakNG reports.

State Of Osun has now been changed to Osun State.

Equally, the state motto, State of virtuous has been changed to State of Living Spring by the Governor.

The swearing-in took place at the Osogbo city stadium.

Adeleke, who contested the governorship election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), defeated Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who was seeking re-election.

Adeleke secured 403, 371 votes to defeat Oyetola who polled 375,027 votes.
