The year 2024 Guaranty Trust Fashion Weekend, popularly known as ‘GTCO Fashion Weekend’ is scheduled to hold on November 9 and 10, 2024 at Plot 1, Water Corporation Drive, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
The two-day event, with the theme: “Fashion Moves Forward” will feature fashionistas, professionals and industry experts from across the world.
The event would also create a way for hundreds of indigenous small fashion businesses a great opportunity to expand their online presence, reach new markets, and position their businesses for sustainable growth.
GTCO Fashion Weekend, according to the Group Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc, Mr Segun Julius Agbaje, is a consumer-focused fashion exhibition and capacity-building event that aims to promote enterprise in the fast-growing Nigerian Fashion Industry, reiterating that it will continue to remain focused on fair and free business platform designed to showcase the best of Africa’s Finest Fashion.

This seventh edition of the GTCO Fashion Weekend will feature masterclasses, shipping latest collections, watching of runway live, embracing diversity, creativity and brilliance that African fashion represents.
Experts/Fashion influencer that billed for masterclasses includes Lulu Kennedy, Patricia Bright, Sheila Daley (make-up) and Ted Gibson (hair professional).
Presentation stage designers are Nirie, Lolije, Jewel Jamila, Moy Africa, Ibilola Ogundipe and Elpis Megolio.
Runway lineup: Gert Johan Coetzee, Onalaja, Orire, Hue by Idera, Romeo Hunte, Sukeina, Eric Raisina, Selly Rabby Kane, Ituen Bassey, Tolu Coker, Xup Zhi and Laquan Smith.
