The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, has shown his heartfelt gratitude to the leadership of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Ido local government for the trust reposed in him to be elected as the executive chairman for the second term.
Hon. Sheriff Adeojo showed his appreciation during a stakeholder meeting to thank all the PDP leaders and party executives for their loyalty to him during the electioneering campaign and efforts put in place during the election.
The chairman-elect said he is not unmindful of the roles and efforts of the party leadership in ensuring landslide victory in the Saturday local government election.
Hon. Adeojo extended his gratitude to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for preparing a soft landing for all the PDP aspirants across the state with his magic wand in the state.
The council chairman said his second-term achievements will surpass those of his first term as all his electioneering promises would be fulfilled to the letter.
The council helmsman said the support and loyalty accorded to him by the management staff, and the entire workforce of Ido Local Government is appreciated.
