The Supreme Court has declared Lamidi Apapa as the National Chairman of the Labour Party.
The leadership crisis in the party took a new twist as the court on Thursday affirmed the decision of Appeal Court sacking Julius Abure.
Recall that the it’s judgement recognized Lamidi Apapa as National Chairman and direct Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to deal with, Lamidi in terms of candidates of the party for the coming Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa governorship elections.
