The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, has extended heartfelt New Year greetings to the esteemed residents of the Council.
In a statement released on Monday to journalists in Ibadan, Akintayo expressed his sincere gratitude to the people for their unwavering support throughout the past year.
The Chairman showed gratitude to various stakeholders, including career officers, political functionaries, religion leaders, management and the entire local government staff, the traditional council, the PDP party members, artisans, Iyaloja and Babalojas, and finally the Community Development Committee (CDC)
He acknowledged the resilience and spirit of unity demonstrated by the community, highlighting the collective efforts that have contributed to the growth and development of the local government.
The Council Boss equally took the opportunity to applaud the visionary leadership of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde and commended the governor for his commitment to progress, infrastructure development, and the overall well-being of the people of Oyo State.
The Executive Chairman urged the citizens of Oyo State to continue supporting the present administration, emphasizing the importance of unity and collaboration in achieving sustainable development and prosperity for the state.
He reaffirmed his committed to work tirelessly for the betterment of Ibadan North East Local Government and called upon all residents to join hands in building a brighter future for the community.
